Netflix has released the official trailer for the second season of Beauty in Black, created by Tyler Perry. The new chapter arrives on September 11, 2025, and puts Kimmie, played by Taylor Polidore Williams, at the center of a storm as she steps into her role as leader of the Bellarie family empire. Perry, who serves as creator, writer, and executive producer, once again brings his signature dramatic flair.
The trailer reveals a pivotal shift in power as Kimmie, a former exotic dancer, ascends to the top of the Bellarie cosmetics dynasty. Married to Horace (Ricco Ross), she inherits authority that sparks fierce opposition from the family’s matriarch Olivia, portrayed by Debbi Morgan.
