Pokémon Concierge Returns to Netflix with New Episodes This September

The gentle world of Pokémon Resort expands with more stories, heartfelt encounters, and new pocket monsters in stop-motion magic.
The critically acclaimed stop-motion series Pokémon Concierge is back. Produced by dwarf studios in collaboration with The Pokémon Company and Netflix Animation, the series will release four new episodes on September 4, 2025, exclusively on Netflix. These episodes continue the story of Haru, the soft-spoken concierge of the Pokémon Resort, a place where Pokémon and their trainers come to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
Unlike most entries in the Pokémon universe, Pokémon Concierge trades action-packed battles for serene storytelling. Directed by Iku Ogawa and written by Harumi Doki, the show has gained a loyal following thanks to its emotional focus, warm visual style, and soothing tone. The original run of four short episodes premiered on December 28, 2023, and left viewers eager for more.
In this next chapter, fans can expect fresh faces—both human and Pokémon. Haru’s past resurfaces with the introduction of her ex-boyfriend Kent, voiced by Keita Machida (JP) and Jacob Bertrand (EN). Meanwhile, Tyler’s uncle Dan, brought to life by Kazuhiro Yamaji (JP) and Craig Lee Thomas (EN), adds a new dynamic to the resort’s peaceful setting.
New Pokémon guests like Sealeo, Shinx, Luxray, Arcanine, and Corphish will make appearances, continuing the tradition of showcasing lesser-seen species in touching slice-of-life vignettes. This approach, paired with Pokémon Concierge’s intricate stop-motion animation and hand-crafted sets, has resonated with audiences across generations.
The voice cast remains stellar, with Karen Fukuhara leading the English dub as Haru. The returning ensemble also includes Imani Hakim, Josh Keaton, and Lori Alan, with Hiroshi Kōsaka reprising his role as the ever-expressive Psyduck in both Japanese and English versions.
The trailer, titled Pokémon Concierge | New Episodes Official Teaser | Netflix, teases more heartfelt moments, tranquil island life, and the quiet joy that has made the series a fan favorite. Whether you’re a longtime trainer or a newcomer to the Pokémon world, this series offers a refreshing, meditative take on familiar creatures.
